Nappies, Nappy Pants, Huggies DryNites, BabyLove Sleepy Nights, Baby Wipes, Gloves, Nappy changing accessories and some household cleaning products that are directly related to the participants disability.     Please Note:  Everyday items including toothbrush, toothpaste, and most cleaning products are USUALLY NOT Claimable through NDIS Funding. 

    We have free delivery available to most Metro area's in Australia and offer subsidised shipping everywhere else. We process all NDIS orders within 1-2 business days and dispatch them as soon as payment is received.

    I have NDIS Funding - How do I place an order?

    Check your plan to see if "Core Supports" are Self Managed, Plan Managed or NDIA Agency Managed. (It will be listed on your plan next to "Core Supports"). Then follow the below instructions.

    Important: For your first order please provide Participant Name, DOB, NDIS Number, and whether your plan is Plan Managed, NDIA/PACE Managed or SELF Managed in the "order notes" field at checkout. Or reply to the "order confirmation" email. 

    Plan Managed

    We will invoice your plan manager company directly within 2 business days and dispatch the order as soon as payment is received.

    Important: Please put your email not your Plan Managers Email in the "Email Field" at checkout as this is used for us to contact you about your order and for shipping tracking updates.

    NDIA Agency Managed or PACE Managed

    If you are PACE Managed, for faster order payments, please add The Nappy Shop Australia Pty Ltd as an endorsed MyProvider. Our organisation ID is: 4050047452 and our ABN is: 60105476668.

    We will process a payment request directly with NDIS within 2 business days and dispatch as soon as the payment is received (usually 2-10 days).

    Once payment has been made, we will email you a PAID Tax invoice suitable for NDIS reimbursements and dispatch your order within 1 business day. 

    Online Ordering Insructions

    Please follow the steps below to place an order online using NDIS funding:

    1. Add items you wish to order to the shopping cart.

    2.  Click on the shopping cart icon (top right) to view items in the cart. 

    3. Enter participant's name, DOB, NDIS number, how the plan is set up and the (Plan Manager Company if applicable) in the "Order Notes" field. You can also reply to the order confirmation email with the NDIS details. 

    4. Click the purple "Checkout" button located underneath the "Order Notes" field. Please note: you can't use the express checkout options like ShopPay or PayPal as they will not show the NDIS funding option.

    5. Enter email, shipping address and phone number then scroll to the bottom of the screen and select the "NDIS Funding" payment option.

    Please also note: Sometimes the ShopPay code boxes may still pop up on the shipping address page. If they do, just close the pop up, then you should still be able to scroll past the credit card input field down to the NDIS Funding option.

     

    Please ensure you have provided your NDIS information to us within 7 days from order date to avoid your order been cancelled. 

    How do I get a Quote for NDIS reviews etc.?

    You will need to put through an online order and put "NDIS Quote" in the "Order Notes" field then select NDIS funding at checkout. You will receive an unpaid invoice within 2 business days which you can use as a quote. Quote orders will be cancelled in our system if payment is not received within 7 days.
