We have free delivery available to most Metro area's in Australia and offer subsidised shipping everywhere else. We process all NDIS orders within 1-2 business days and dispatch them as soon as payment is received.
Check your plan to see if "Core Supports" are Self Managed, Plan Managed or NDIA Agency Managed. (It will be listed on your plan next to "Core Supports"). Then follow the below instructions.
Important: For your first order please provide Participant Name, DOB, NDIS Number, and whether your plan is Plan Managed, NDIA/PACE Managed or SELF Managed in the "order notes" field at checkout. Or reply to the "order confirmation" email.

We will invoice your plan manager company directly within 2 business days and dispatch the order as soon as payment is received.
Important: Please put your email not your Plan Managers Email in the "Email Field" at checkout as this is used for us to contact you about your order and for shipping tracking updates.
